What we process
Through this website we process only the information you send us:
- Contact and quote form: name, company, email address, phone number and whatever you include in your message (project location, plant list, schedule and similar).
- Email, phone or WhatsApp: the contact details you share through those channels and the content of your enquiry.
- Technical records: standard server access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information), kept for security and troubleshooting.
Apart from the form, no tracking tool collects data on this site. If analytics are added for visitor statistics, this is explained on the Cookie Policy page.

- To assess your enquiry, prepare a quote and reply to you
- To run order, dispatch and installation processes
- To meet obligations arising from a contract
- To meet statutory retention and disclosure obligations
- To keep the website secure
Legal basis
Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK: where processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, where it is necessary for the controller to meet a legal obligation, and on the basis of legitimate interest. Any processing outside this scope is based on your explicit consent.
Transfers
Your data is not shared with third parties except where it is necessary to deliver the service:
- Our hosting and email infrastructure provider
- Shipping and haulage firms (only the details needed for delivery)
- Official bodies and customs procedures in export transactions
- Public authorities legally entitled to request it
Retention
Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and until the end of the limitation and retention periods set out in applicable law. Once that period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed; to request information where it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction; to request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result arising against you from analysis solely by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
How to apply
Send your requests to info@taxustr.com or in writing to the address above. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
